Terms and Conditions

By requesting or booking service with Helt Landscaping and Design ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms:

Service & Pricing

Pricing is determined by lot size and service type, and is quoted before work begins. Services include mowing, trim/edge, blow/cleanup, leaf removal, gutter cleaning, and one-time cleanups. We do not offer pesticide, herbicide, or fertilizer application services — North Carolina requires a state applicator license for hire, which we do not currently hold.

Scheduling

Recurring service is scheduled weekly or bi-weekly based on lot size and agreement. We request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Repeated late cancellations may result in loss of a recurring time slot.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, card, invoice, or online payment link. Unpaid invoices past 15 days may be subject to late fees or service suspension.

Property Access & Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to the property and removing pets, hazards, or obstructions from work areas prior to scheduled service. We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed prior to service, including but not limited to buried sprinkler lines, invisible fencing, or hidden obstacles.

Liability

Helt Landscaping and Design carries general liability insurance. Claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to reschedule service due to weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns, with notice provided as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms posted on this page.
